Novadyne is a product of Infai Tech Corp. By using Novadyne, you agree to these terms. Novadyne is an AI tool for bookkeeping assistance and does not constitute professional accounting, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all financial information and for any decisions made based on information provided by the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Infai Tech Corp expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infai Tech Corp and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, tax penalties, or lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infai Tech Corp and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of the service, (b) your violation of these terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including the uploading of data you are not authorized to share.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all data and files you upload to the service. By uploading content, you grant Infai Tech Corp a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and analyze that content solely to provide and improve the service. AI-generated output based on your data is provided for your use; Infai Tech Corp claims no ownership of output derived from your content.
Privacy Policy
We collect the information you provide (account credentials, chat messages, uploaded files) to deliver the service. Your financial data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the service.
Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may delete your sessions at any time. Account deletion requests can be made by contacting support.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall survive.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
